Reimagined, for now!
DISCOVERING INSPIRATIONAL LEADERSHIP
DISCOVERING INSPIRATIONAL LEADERSHIP takes self‑awareness, and self leadership, into the leadership of others.
We explore an individual’s personal leadership style, and the unique value they can bring to their organisation’s leadership brand, and how to balance a focus on ‘tasks’ with a focus on ‘people’, and looking ‘externally’ with looking ‘internally’.
Together this delivers to the four pillars of Inspirational Leadership:
RESULTS LEADERSHIP drives a strong task focus, accountability and ownership, recognition of performance, and action orientation.
VISIONARY LEADERSHIP is all about communication, collaboration, and grounding an inspiring vision to build employee engagement, ownership, performance, and the delivery of results.
RELATIONSHIP LEADERSHIP focuses on nurturing relationships, and building mutual respect – working as a team.
CENTRED LEADERSHIP requires leaders to focus inward, reflect on their thoughts, feelings, values and motivations – to be ‘on purpose’ and always present.
For skills programmes, as part of our added value services, we can work with you to integrate your leadership competencies to define the brand‑based culture you wish to build.
